Supply chain solutions
Atkins provides a holistic solution to customer supply chain needs through two distinct elements of its service:
- Supply Chain Manage, focussed on supplier sourcing, operational delivery and strategic development of suppliers
- Supply Chain Consult, where current supply chain provision is ‘healthchecked’ and opportunities for improvement identified.
