Directions by road
M6 past Manchester, Junction 35 or 36 to A590 to Barrow/Whitehaven turning (A595). Follow A595 past Barrow turning towards Whitehaven, past Sellafield and Cleator Moor. Westlakes Science and Technology park just before B5345, near Whitehaven.
An alternative route would be to travel up to Junction 40 on the M6, go staight across the A66 towards Workington, then take the A595 towards Barrow. Westlakes lies 2 miles outside of Whitehaven. The road is much easier and although longer in miles takes less time in hours.
Directions by rail
The station is about 3.5 miles from WS Atkins, which on the edge of the Westlakes Science and Technology park. A taxi would therefore be advisable.
