We are as committed to diversity as we are to excellence. Embracing diversity is one of our main priorities. We seek to:

- address the skills shortage (especially engineering skills in the UK)
- encourage innovation through sharing different perspectives.
Our Diversity Steering Group, made up of Atkins employees from around our business, drives the diversity agenda to challenge policy and practice and make recommendations for change.
