Driving diversity through recruitment
In 2007, as part of our ongoing strategy to attract engineering students from diverse backgrounds, we began recruiting in Mandarin. To service the growing number of applications from the Indian market we also established a dedicated recruitment team in Bangalore. The use of languages other than English fits with our drive for greater diversity.
