Atkins was the masterplan concept designer for this 400-berth marina, supplying masterplanning and environmental evaluation services for this reclamation site.

Our design for a new and vibrant residential community steps away from traditional masterplan techniques by shifting from mono-functional zones to mix-use clusters, with an emphasis on creating a pedestrian friendly setting. The marina will be located on three reclaimed landmasses and the Atkins environmental team were an integral part of the project to maintain a balanced ecological approach.
