Decommissioning
Atkins is currently delivering engineering services across the NDA estate including the decommissioning of the first Generation Magnox Storage Pond at Sellafield, one of the highest hazard facilities in the NDA estate.
Generation
As a Tier 1 supplier to British Energy, for engineering and nuclear safety services we recently played a key role in providing the solution to returning Heysham A and Hartlepool back to power.
New Build
HMG recently engaged Atkins to undertake the alternative siting study for the location of new nuclear plants as part of the governments role in setting policy and direction for the new build programme in the UK
